I join businesses for a defined period as the most senior marketer to take the brand on a growth journey. I find and fix problems. I develop and deliver new initiatives. I motivate, lead and upskill teams. I increase ROI.
I work throughout the UK and in Europe for brands in retail, hospitality and food & drink.
I’m not suitable for everyone. I only work for consumer brands and I only take on assignments that genuinely interest me. Typically, the businesses I join are under private equity ownership and are going through a period of transformation, be that functional change, digital transformation or a full value creation plan.
I’m not someone that’s brought in to just deliver BAU, nor do I take on “babysitting” roles. I tackle challenges and drive improvement. I don’t take on fractional roles and I’m not the cheapest.
I’m not interested in working for brands in financial services, fashion, property, pharma or tech.
What I am really interested in: understanding your customer, analysing your data, tightening your proposition, strengthening your team, making your budget work harder, increasing the value you get from your agencies, building your brand and growing your business.
